A diverse team is a strong team – but a diverse team is not without its challenges for employers.

Diversity can increase innovation, adaptability, and productivity. In order to fully benefit from a diverse workforce, employers need to do more than be mindful of their legal obligations. Employers must be able to identify, manage, accept and adapt to difference.
