I love working directly with my clients and take a real passion in understanding their business and what is important to them. I strive to not only help solve problems that have occurred in the past or are currently occurring, but to look to the future and development strategies to help businesses grow and stay protected.

I ensure my clients are comfortable with asking me any questions about their matter and they understand what the next steps are and where the matter is progressing. I always go into matters with an end goal in sight and work together with my clients to ensure we meet this end goal and don’t get derailed.

I believe in early dispute resolution and finding creative outcomes for complicated problems. If a matter does not resolve at a conference or mediation, I do not shy away from litigation and will progress your matter through to a hearing or trial without delay.

Having grown up and worked in North Queensland, I have a great passion for farming and rural business and family owned operations.

Since joining BTLawyers in 2017, I have assisted with many successful outcomes, including:

  • Drive Master Tyres v Coles [2018] unreported;
  • Morgan v Sharemarket College Pty Ltd [2018] QCAT;
  • Ghuman v Johal [2018] unreported.

If you would like to speak to me about your matter, I can be e-mailed at dani.jones@btlawyers.com.au
