  • Consulting on systems, processes and procedures to identify risk areas, improve compliance, suggest process changes and minimise risk.

We have successfully negotiated the withdrawal of prosecutions in a number of cases.  Where prosecutions cannot be defended, we have assisted employers with minimising penalties and undertaking negotiations with the prosecution to ensure that the charge is resolved efficiently on the best terms possible for the employer.

We also provide regular advice to our employer clients on general workplace health and safety issues and how to minimise long term exposure to liability from workplace risk.
