Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and of the High Court of Australia.  She has been accredited by the Queensland Law Society as a specialist personal injury practitioner.

Nicole has been admitted to practise for 10 years and during her entire professional life has been involved in personal injury litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Although having wide experience Nicole specialises in workplace injury management, both in statutory claims and common law claims.

Nicole works both directly with clients and also as a WorkCover delegate.

Nicole has excellent court experience and has run successfully major litigated matters.

Nicole has one of the best track records in early resolution by use of early targeted conferences.
