The ideal candidate will undertake a Practical Legal Training placement over a period of approximately 60 days as required by your education provider, 5 days a week (or 4 for the right candidate) commencing in May. You must possess:
- Strong legal research skills;
- Excellent analytical and organisational ability; and
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The successful applicant will be placed primarily in the area of family law, however, may be required to assist other teams when the need arises.
Your tasks will involve legal research, drafting, file work, marketing and business development, contribution to major projects, attending conference/medications/court with your Supervisor (where possible), general office duties and high level administrative work.
