After a number of years practicing as a Solicitor in insurance litigation, I also began mentoring a number of junior Solicitors, law graduates and support staff. This led to taking an active role in recruitment, training and supervision of staff in addition to general office management duties to ensure the best service and outcome for our clients.
I am passionate about engaging all BTLawyers staff members to contribute to the constant improvement of internal policies and procedures to meet and exceed our clients’ needs. I strive to continually review and re-assess how BTLawyers operates and am proud to be part of such a progressive and egalitarian firm.
I believe it is critical to hold yourself to the highest standard and taking pride in your work – our internal motto is often “do the job not the task” and I encourage all our staff to think about the next step and what else they can do or how they can improve.
Assisting with implementing an equitable briefing policy, setting up the charity committee and establishing a charity trust fund are my most memorable moments at BTLawyers thus far.
