I work clients that range from large insurers to small businesses and individuals in relation to insurance and personal injury matters. My goal is always to achieve the best outcome for my client. This requires me to provide considered and detailed advice to my client so that they can make informed decisions. This also requires me to exhibit good advocacy and litigation skills in order to progress the dispute towards a resolution.
I assist a number of clients within the Aged Care and Health, Retail, Ports and Stevedoring and Meat Processing sectors. One of the best perks of being a lawyer with such a diverse client base is being exposed to different environments and the challenge of managing different interests.
I am often on the road meeting clients at their workplaces to get a good understanding of their issues and challenges. This allows me to be the best advocate for the client as I am often in the position where I can convey an intimate understanding of their business.
My clients benefit from my ability to provide timely and cost-effective service. I achieve this through connecting with them quickly and building rapport and trust. Building this relationship allows me to understand my client’s issues and deliver solutions and an informed advice without unnecessary delay.
Since joining BTLawyers in 2015, I have had the following Trial and Application successes:
