Elizabeth completed a dual Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honours) and Bachelor of Business in 2005. Elizabeth was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008 and the High Court of Australia in 2009.

Whilst completing her admission requirements Elizabeth was employed by WorkCover Queensland and obtained extensive experience in the statutory claims system as well as a special interest in analysis and management of fraud claims.

Elizabeth now manages a portfolio of common law claims for WorkCover as a delegate and for self insurers.
